Send the same email to many destinations.

Bulk Emailer is a resource to be used by those with advanced IT knowledge, which lets you send the same email to a long list of destinations. But in difference to other similar tools, it doesn't require any running of any code from the ISP server.

To be able to use Bulk Emailer you need to have two email accounts; one to send and another to acquire the list of destinations. You also have to modify the CustConfig.java file, recompiling it and creating a JAR file.
